1889 Silver Coin From Russia Five Kopeks CNB AT Rule of Czar Alexander III Beautiful NGC Graded MS66

Description: Beautiful small silver coin dated 1889 from Russia. The coin which is NGC graded MS66 was minted during the reign of Czar Alexander III. Alexander III was the Emperor of Russia from 1881 until 1894. He was also the King of Poland and Grand Duke of Finland. Russia did not enter any major wars during his reign and as such he was known as "The Peacemaker." This is a 5 Kopeks coin. The coin depicts the crowned double headed imperial eagle having the letters AT (Alfa Gamma) at its feet with inscription in Cyrillic along the edge on the obverse. The reverse shows a crown above the denomination with the date under it with the letters "C(Greek letter Pi)B" and all within a wreath. This is KM-Y# 19a.1, weighs 0.9 grams of 50% silver and measures about 14 mm. Please carefully review the scan provided as it is part and parcel of our description.

Size and Weight: This is a 5 Kopeks, weighs ~0.9 grams and is ~14 mm in diameter.

Condition: The coin is graded Mint State MS 66 by NGC and retains its full mint luster with great eye appeal. The coin is in a slab and is great looking. The coin is much better than the scan shows.
