Description: Beautiful about uncirculated or much better bronze coin from German East Africa. This is the 1906 1/2 Heller with mint mark J. This low denomination coin depicts a crown with ribbon on the obverse with the legend "DEUTSCHE OSTAFRIKA 1906" surrounding the crown. The reverse has denomination in the center within a wreath. It is KM-6, is made of bronze, weighs ~2.5 grams and measures ~17 mm in diameter. Please carefully review the scan provided as it is part and parcel of our description.

Mint: Hamburg Germany.

Size and Weight: This is a half Heller, weighs ~2.5 grams and measures ~17 mm in diameter.

References: It is KM #6.

Condition: I would grade the coin as a good about uncirculated or much better. The coin is nicely tonedin beautiful brown coloring with minimum wear and retains all of its details very well. The coin has some minor scratches and bag marks. It has great eye appeal. It shows all of its details with minimum wear and no losses. The coin is much better than the photos show.
