Beautiful Large Size Copper Coin Hole in Middle 10 Centimes 1888 Congo Free State About Uncirculated or Better
Description: Beautiful about uncirculated copper coin with residual lusted from the Congo Free State. This is the large size and thick coin with a central hole having the 10 Centimes denomination. The obverse has a radiating crowned monogram of King Leopold of Belgium in the center surrounded with the legend "LEOPOLD II ROI DES BELGES SOUV. L'ETAT INDEP. DU CONGO" along the edge. The reverse shows A star in the center with the date and denomination. This is KM #4 weighing ~20.2 gm and measure ~35 mm in diameter. Condition: I would grade the coin as a beautiful about uncirculated or much better with residual luster and minimum, if any, wear. The coin has some surface scratches and minor bag marks.
