The coin depicts the bust of king Fuad or Fouad the first facing right and wearing a fez on the bverse. The obverse also has the words "Fouad the First King of Egypt" in front of the bust. The reverse has the denomination, the AH and the AD dates and saying "al-mamlakah al masryah" or the Egyptian Kingdom. The coin displays the mint mark "H" above the dates on the reverse. The coin has a red brown coloring as is evident from the photos and attested to by NGC. The coin is nicer than the photos suggest. Please carefully view scan as it is part and parcel of our description.

Mint: Egypt (actually these were minted in England and have the mint mark H on the reverse for Birmingham England).

Size and Weight: This is a one year type 1/20 of a Qirsh or half millieme.

References: It is KM #330.

Condition: The coin is graded by NGC as uncirculated MS 61 RB (red Brown) with all of its details being well preserved.
