Egypt Bronze One Year Type Coin 1/2 Millieme 1924H King Fuad I KM330 MS 62 BN
Description: A beautiful uncirculated 1342 AH or 1924 AD Egyptian half millieme (half a tenth of a Piaster or Qirsh) bronze coin. The coin depicts the bust of king Fuad or Fouad the first facing right and wearing a fez on the obverse. The obverse has the words "Fouad the First King of Egypt" in front of the bust. The reverse has the denomination, the AH and the AD dates and saying "al-mamlakah al masryah" or the Egyptian Kingdom. The coin is beautiful and nicely toned with remnants of luster on the obverse and reverse and nice brown coloring. This is KM 330 and is in great uncirculated condition. The coin is graded by NGC as MS 62 BN (Mint State 62 Brown) and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description.

Mint: Egypt (actually these were minted in England and have the mint mark H on the top of the reverse above the dates for Birmingham England).
Size and weight: This is a one-year type half millieme or 1/20 of a Qirsh.

Condition: The coin is uncirculated and is graded Mint State 62 Brown (MS 62 BN)) by NGC and comes slabbed and so labeled. The coin has all of its details very well preserved with no observable wear. The coin has some minor scratches as well as bag marks. The coin has a nice brown coloring with some areas where residual luster can be observed. This is a beautiful coin with great eye appeal.
