The coin depicts the bust of King Fuad or Fouad the first (who ruled Egypt during the British occupation) facing right. He is wearing a fez and has the words Fouad the first King of Egypt along the edge on the obverse. The reverse has the words "Al Mamlkah Al Mesryah" (Kingdom of Egypt) in the center in beautiful calligraphy surrounded by the denomination and the date in years AD (1923) and AH (1341). This is a rare coin with low mintage of only 100,000. Please carefully review the scan presented as it is part and parcel of our description.
