Scarce 1913H Sarawak Silver Coin 5 Cents Charles C. Brooke Bust Mint Mark H AU55

Description: A beautiful about uncirculated scarce small silver coin from Sarawak. This is the rather scarce 1913H silver five cents coin. The coin displays the bust of Charles C. Brooke, the ruler of Sarawak at the time, facing left with the legend "C. BROOKE RAJAH. SARAWAK" surrounding it on the obverse. The reverse displays the denomination in the center surrounded by rope design and the legend "FIVE.1913.CENTS" along the edge. The reverse also displays the mint mark "H" at the bottom below the knot. The coin has a reeded edge and is nicely toned and has great eye appeal. It is graded AU55 by PCGS and comes in a plastic holder so labelled. It is KM 8, should weigh ~1.35 grams of 0.800 silver and is ~15 mm in diameter. Mint: Sarawak (Actually the coin was struck in Birmingham England as evidenced by the H mint mark).

Size and Weight: Coin weighs ~1.35 gm of 0.800 silver and is ~15 mm in diameter.

References: It is KM #8.

Condition: The coin is graded About Uncirculated (AU55) by PCGS and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. it is great looking and has nice eye appeal. The coin shows minimum wear consistent with its grade of about uncirculated. A great looking coin that is problem free to add to your collection.
