Scarce Saudi Arabia Copper-Nickel Coin 1977 AD -1374 AH 100 Halala or One Riyal King Khalid Uncirculated PCGS MS62
Description: A beautiful and rather scarce coin from the reign of king Khalid bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, who ruled Saudi Arabia in the period 1975-1982 AD (1395-1402 AH). This is the 100 Halala or one Riyal coin struck as part of the FAO series. The coin has beautiful calligraphy denoting the King's name with crossed swords and a palm in the center of the obverse flanked by the date. The reverse shows the denomination and inscription denoting the "Feeding as Love for God." The coin is KM 59, weighs 10 grams, and is ~30 mm in diameter. It is graded by PCGS as MS62 and comes in a plastic slab. Please carefully review the scans provided as they are part and parcel of our description.
