Uncirculated 1937 Sarawak Bronze Coin One Cent Charles V Brooke Bust Mint Mark H
Description: A beautiful mostly red gem uncirculated bronze coin from Sarawak. This is the 1937H One Cent coin. The coin displays the bust of Charles C. Brooke, the ruler of Sarawak at the time, facing right with the legend "C. V. BROOKE RAJAH" surrounding it on the obverse. The reverse displays the denomination in the center within a wreath and the word "SARAWAK" on top and that date 1937 on the bottom. The reverse also displays the mint mark "H" above the date (the H in this coin is not as pronounced as usual but is there).The coin has a plain edge and is has a nice red appearance and has great eye appeal. It is KM 18, weighs ~5.4 grams and is ~24.5 mm in diameter. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description.

Condition: I would grade this beautiful coin as a gem uncirculated with mostly red coloring. The coin has all of its details well preserved no observable wear commensurate with its uncirculated state. The coin has a few scratches, minor bag marks to the surface and a few minor blemishes to the surface, all of which can be seen in the photos. However, these do not affect the coin's quality or beauty. A great looking coin that is problem free. Please see photos for additional condition information.
