Description: Offered in this aucion is a BRAND NEW COPY of a book by Dr. Mayssa Mahmoud Daoud entitled " Archeological and Artistic Study of the Fatimid Numismatic Set at the Museum of Islamic Art in Cairo." The book is a paperback and is written in Arabic. It was published by Dar Al Fikr Al Arabi in Cairo, Egypt. It has 545 pages and 48 plates, of glossy paper, with black and white photos of the Fatimid coins in the collection. This is an out-of-print book and is an indispensible reference for the serious collector of Fatimid coins.

Condition: This is not a used book but is a NEW BOOK. It is in very good condition. The photos shown are for the copy of the book you will be receiving. The soft cover does have some scuff marks, has roughness along the edge, has a small crease in the top left corner (see the last photo), there are small bumps at the corners of the cover where the plastic protecting layer is beginning separate, the top of the pages (see next to last photo) are a bit soiled, and the cover is lightly soiled. However, all pages are clean and the book is free of markings, tears, dog ears or damage. The early pages are a bit curved and not totally flat. All these issues are minor and the book is still in very good unused condition. Please see photos for additional condition information.
